Carpathian Jerky makes artisan dried meat products: a product with real differentiation and a loyal customer base. The challenge wasn't the product; it was the buying process. The existing e-commerce setup was standard, forgettable, and leaking conversions at every step.
They needed a funnel that matched the quality of the product: one that helped buyers choose, reduced decision fatigue, and moved people toward purchase without feeling like a pressure tactic.
A guided purchase flow
We built a custom Funnelish integration: a guided product selection experience that takes a buyer through the product range step by step, helping them find the right combination for their preferences and quantity. The flow removes the paradox of choice that kills conversion on product-dense stores.
We led the design decisions throughout. Not just the visual execution, but the structural choices: what to show first, how to handle upsells, where to create friction and where to remove it. The design process drove the build, not the other way around.
